Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "ToS") carefully before using referraldrop.com (the "Platform") operated by referraldrop ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Platform.

1. The referraldrop Platform

referraldrop is an independent platform designed to allow users to find and share referral codes for various companies.

Disclaimer: This website is an independent platform for sharing referral codes and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies listed herein. All company names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Users are solely responsible for the referral codes they submit.

2. User Accounts

2.1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, complete, and current. You may register using our custom registration form or through integrated social media accounts (e.g., Google, Twitter).

2.2. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account or password with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

2.3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the referraldrop Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

2.4. Account and Referral Code Inactivity

• Referral Code Inactivity (Based on Account Activity): For users without an active premium membership, if a user's account has not shown activity while logged in (including but not limited to logging in) for one (1) month, all referral codes submitted by that user may be marked as inactive. Inactive codes will no longer be publicly displayed on the Platform but may still be visible on the user's profile or to their friends.
• Account Inactivity and Deletion: User accounts that have not shown activity while logged in (including but not limited to logging in) for two (2) consecutive years may be deleted. We will send an email notification two (2) weeks prior to any such account deletion.
• Premium Membership Exception: Users with an active premium membership are exempt from the above inactivity rules; their submitted codes will not be marked as inactive, and their accounts will not be deleted due to inactivity.

2.5. User-Initiated Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all personal information connected to your account will be permanently deleted.

2.6. Account Suspension and Termination

referraldrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in illegal activity, or for prolonged inactivity as described in Section 2.4.

Upon termination of your account due to a breach of these Terms, all referral codes associated with your account will be permanently blacklisted for a period of six (6) months, preventing their re-submission to the Platform from any new account you may create during this period.

3. User Conduct and Content Submission

3.1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to submit, upload, or post any content, or engage in any conduct, that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or unauthorized promotional material.
• Malware, viruses, or any other destructive or disruptive code.
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or incites violence.
• Explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
• Infringes upon any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) of others, unless you own or have permission to use such material.
• Personal attacks, harassment, defamation, or threatens violence against others.
• Misleading, false, or deceptive information.
• Hiding a referral code behind a URL shortener, unless it is an official URL shortener provided and used by the company that generates the referral code.
• Violating the terms of service of the respective companies whose referral codes you are sharing. This includes instances where a company prohibits the sharing of its referral codes on platforms like referraldrop or generally online.

3.2. User-Submitted Content Ownership and License

By submitting content (including referral codes, descriptions, bios, and avatars) to the Platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms. You retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant referraldrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Platform and referraldrop's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

3.3. Content Moderation and Reporting

referraldrop reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, and remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including content that violates these Terms.

Users can report inappropriate referral codes or user profiles via a designated report button on the Platform. We will review such reports and take appropriate action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Our Intellectual Property

The Platform itself, including its design, logo, proprietary text content (excluding user-submitted content), underlying software, and the compilation of all proprietary material, is the exclusive property of referraldrop and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of referraldrop's proprietary material, except as generally permitted through its normal functionality.

4.2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the Platform without our express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to the referraldrop servers in a given period than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser.

5. Premium Membership

5.1. Subscription and Payments

referraldrop offers voluntary premium memberships processed via Paddle. By subscribing to a premium membership, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions related to payment processing.

Premium membership benefits, such as ensuring your referral codes are not marked inactive and your account is not deleted due to inactivity, will be active as long as your subscription is current.

5.2. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

If your premium membership includes auto-renewal, you agree that Paddle will automatically charge your chosen payment method at the then-current subscription rate. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or directly with Paddle, as applicable.

5.3. Features and Content Retention

Upon expiration or cancellation of your premium membership, premium features and subscription benefits will be removed. Your submitted content (referral codes, profile data) will remain on the Platform but will become subject to our standard inactivity rules (e.g., codes marked inactive after 1 month of account inactivity, and account deletion after 2 years of account inactivity with prior notification) as outlined in Section 2.4.

Please note that premium membership features may change or adapt without prior notification.

5.4. Premium Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium membership. If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date
• Only the most recent payment is eligible for refund
• Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor
• Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Refund Process:

• Contact our support team at contact@referraldrop.com with your refund request
• Include your account email and reason for the refund request
• We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
• If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Refund requests for promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless required by law)

After Refund: Upon receiving a refund, your premium membership will be immediately terminated, and you will lose access to all premium features. Your account will revert to a free account with standard features and inactivity rules as outlined in Section 2.4.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Guarantees on Referral Codes

referraldrop provides a platform for users to share and find referral codes. We do not guarantee the validity, accuracy, availability, or success of any referral codes or offers listed on the Platform. Users are advised that caution is required, and they should verify the terms and conditions of any referral offer directly with the respective company.

6.2. "As Is" Basis

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. referraldrop does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6.3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall referraldrop, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless referraldrop and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Platform, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted on the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that such dispute will be resolved through:

• Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) rules, excluding its rules on expedited proceedings. The place of arbitration shall be Munich, Germany. The language of the arbitration shall be English or German.
• Court Litigation: In the event that arbitration is not legally enforceable or applicable, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Germany.

8.3. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or court proceedings shall be limited to the dispute between referraldrop and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or court proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or litigated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically by email to your registered account address. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
